a candidate must possess any of the following qualifications:
Ordinary National Diploma in Social Work obtained from a recognized Institution.
West African School Certificate/Senior Secondary School Certificate plus a Diploma in Social Work from a recognized Institution.
Teachers Grade II Certificate plus a (two year course) Certificate in Social Work from a recognized Institution or Teacher Grade I Certificate with specialization in Social Studies.
